Excessive screen time among adolescents negatively impacts multiple aspects of sleep, which in turn increases the risk of depressive symptoms—particularly among girls. That is the conclusion of a new study in PLOS Global Public Health by Sebastian Hökby of Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, and colleagues.
