Exercise linked to 40% lower dementia risk and healthier brain aging

Researchers have looked at the connection between physical activity, or being in good physical shape, and brain health. The study, which has been published in the The Lancet and was conducted with colleagues from the Queensland Brain Institute in Australia, shows that the brain definitely benefits from physical activity.
