Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Boston Children’s Hospital researchers are issuing a warning about a measles resurgence in the U.S. occurring despite the availability of a safe and effective measles-mumps-rubella vaccine. Multiple states reported cases in 2025, with concentration in western Texas and New Mexico.
